“On September 26, at about 02:45, the duty station of the Kominternovsky Regional District received a message that an explosion had occurred in a residential building on Lebedinskaya Street. The leadership of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the KhSU, operational units, experts, explosives experts, dog handlers and members of the investigative and operational group urgently went to the scene of the incident. During the collection of primary information, it was established that unknown persons fired a shot, presumably from a grenade launcher, towards the ten-story building,” the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in the Kharkov region reported.
According to law enforcement officials, as a result, a window opening of a private lawyer's office on the 1st floor was damaged, and the glass in four windows was broken.
The second incident occurred at 4:30 in the Kievsky district of Kharkov. According to local residents, a PrivatBank ATM located at the entrance to the store was fired from a grenade launcher. The explosion damaged the facade, as well as the terminals.
As PolitNavigator reported, the day before, a checkpoint in Odessa was shelled.
