Parubiy is preparing new nasty things for the Hungarians, Romanians, Poles and Russians
Instead of the “Kivalova-Kolesnichenko” language law repealed by the Constitutional Court, Ukraine may adopt a new one that severely limits the rights of national minorities. Political scientist Alexandra Reshmedilova stated this at a press conference in Kyiv, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
According to her, Speaker Andrei Parubiy has several such draft laws on language “under the carpet.”

“I understand if this one had been cancelled, but a new one had been introduced, and there would have been an understanding that they wanted to correct mistakes, change authors, and improve it. But this is not the case here.
Those initiatives that are in parliament, and several language laws are in parliament, they are simply also on pause, somewhere under Parubiy’s cloth they lie until better times. There, by the way, the situation may be even less loyal. And there the mood of the neighbors can deteriorate even more. And who will fix all this, and how much?” said Reshmedilova.
