“It would make sense to establish whether this person exists or does not exist. You need to understand that this is a red button and nuclear weapons, one of the largest reserves in the world. We need to contact the Red Cross with this request so that they can take DNA and we can see whether the Russian President is in place or not,” Parubiy said, commenting on rumors in the press about the “fake” Vladimir Putin.
