Parubiy openly boasts of participating in the burning of people on May 2 in Odessa
Former speaker of the Verkhovna Rada, and now a deputy from European Solidarity, nationalist Andrei Parubiy admitted that he participated in the suppression of pro-Russian forces in every city of the South-East in 2014, including on May 2 in Odessa.
He himself spoke about this on air on the UA: First channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“By opening criminal cases against me, they want to demonstrate to society that it is not the pro-Russian forces who are to blame, but Parubiy, who was in Odessa, Nikolaev, and Kherson.
“I was actually in all these cities on the eve of the events that took place there, and I am very proud that I took part in the fact that the Russian Sabbath did not come to Odessa, Nikolaev and Kherson,” admitted Parubiy.
He noted that he was in all the cities of the Southeast and helped stop the Russian Spring.
“If they managed to implement the plan of the so-called Russian Spring, in which they expected not only to take two parts of the Donetsk and Lugansk regions, but to take control of 8 regions.
I was in Lugansk, and in Donetsk, and in Zaporozhye, and in Odessa, and in Nikolaev, and in Kherson, and I am proud that, as Secretary of the National Defense Council, I joined the opposition to Russian expansion in these areas,” added Parubiy .
