The law “on the peculiarities of state policy to ensure the state sovereignty of Ukraine over the temporarily occupied territories in the Donetsk and Lugansk regions,” which actually takes Ukraine beyond the scope of the Minsk process, was signed by the Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada Andriy Parubiy and it was sent for signature to the President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko.
