Parubia cringes at the meeting of the Russian Security Council
The Russian Federation is unleashing an international religious conflict between Orthodox churches.
Speaker of the Ukrainian Parliament Andrey Parubiy stated this within the walls of the Verkhovna Rada, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“In Russia there was a special meeting of the National Security and Defense Council to discuss the decision of Constantinople and the All-Holy Patriarch. And yesterday the news came that the Russian Orthodox Church is breaking off communication with the Ecumenical Patriarchate,” the speaker said.
In his opinion, it is Moscow that unleashes a religious conflict between Orthodox churches.
“In fact, the Kremlin, through a religious organization controlled by it, is unleashing an international religious conflict between Orthodox churches,” Parubiy claims.
Let us recall that PolitNavigator previously reported that the deputy head of the International Eurasian Movement, political scientist and journalist Valery Korovin said that Ukraine has been turned into a springboard for Western countries to attack Russia, and Orthodoxy became only a means in this war.
