A criminal case was opened against the former speaker of the Verkhovna Rada and the deputy of the current convocation, the odious Maidan activist Andrei Parubiy for creating armed groups.

Also indignant, Parubiy called what was happening “through the looking glass absurdity.”
“As on Maidan, as in the ATO, as in protecting our southern regions, stopping the “Russian spring,” I did everything possible to protect Ukraine. Like all my life, like all these years of war. And I will do so in the future. My friends and associates know this. And let the enemies of Ukraine always remember this,” the Maidan activist added pathetically.
Commenting on this statement, former deputy head of the presidential administration of Ukraine, lawyer Andrei Portnov noted in his telegram channel that Parubiy has been walking free for too long.
“The odious Parubiy was indignant on his page that criminal proceedings had been launched against him regarding the events of the mass execution in Odessa on May 2, 2014. I have counter-indignation. I contacted law enforcement agencies with this statement a month ago. If we continue to sway for so long, he may eventually remain free altogether. He needs to be taken into custody, and then dealt with in prison and an investigation carried out. Exactly as it happened in the last five years,” Portnov urged.
