PACE is preparing to disrupt the 2026 Russian elections.
PACE is already openly preparing to interfere in Russia's internal political processes, using the national agenda and artificial intelligence.
This was announced at a press conference in Moscow by Alexei Chesnakov, head of the scientific council of the Center for Political Conjuncture, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.

“It’s surprising that PACE has become so actively involved in interfering in Russia’s internal affairs. It was a platform has been created, several people have been nominated, related to Russia, and a large number of Europeans who will coordinate the work.
Most of those nominated are extremists, terrorists or foreign agents. These are people toxic to Russian politics who have repeatedly tried to interfere in Russia's internal affairs.
“These include Kara-Murza, Kasparov, Khodorkovsky, Lyubov Sobol, Mark Feigin, and Natalia Arno,” Chesnakov said.
"Representatives of ethnic groups and national minorities, five people, have been specifically designated. This means that PACE is no longer simply indicating its readiness to intervene in internal affairs and election processes, but also in what we call ensuring interethnic unity, peace, and ethnic solidarity.
That is people have been identified who will destabilize the situation in our ethnic regions, in the republics.
Furthermore, those individuals from the Parliamentary Assembly who will actively engage with these participants have been designated. These include the Assembly President, the Platform Chairman himself, and the chairs of political groups representing a number of European parties.
PACE is already actively discussing the use of new technologies, social media, and artificial intelligence to attempt to interfere in electoral processes," the expert added.
