This opinion was expressed in an interview with the Rossiya 1 TV channel by the acting head of the LPR, Leonid Pasechnik, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“The Minsk agreements, in my opinion, were the only mechanism that would allow the conflict in Donbass to be resolved without military action. However, to our great regret, Ukraine does not want to implement these agreements. Moreover, the signed law “On Reintegration” completely contradicts the Minsk agreements and obviously draws a line on them. Despite all this, we are ready to continue the dialogue, we are ready for a round table discussion. I consider this one of the basic principles for resolving all conflicts.
