Pashinsky and Chernovol lost their parliamentary immunity – the day of their possible arrest has been named
People's deputies from the Popular Front of Arseniy Yatsenyuk Sergey
Pashinsky, Tatyana Chernovol, Andrey Levus, Sergei Vysotsky, Leonid Yemets and a number of others lost their parliamentary immunity due to the cessation of the activities of the Verkhovna Rada of the eighth convocation and also lost the elections to the Rada of the ninth convocation, and therefore may be arrested on the first day of the work of the new parliament convocation, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
Ukrainian lawyer Andrei Portnov, who initiated the criminal prosecution of ex-President Petro Poroshenko, reported this on his Telegram channel.
According to him, this “criminal rabble does not enter the Rada,” which means that “on the first day of the work of the new Rada, Pashinsky can be arrested.”
In this regard, Portnov announced that on August 7, the Pechersky Court of Kiev was scheduled to consider the complaint of a group of lawyers associated with him against the decision of the GPU to close the criminal case against Pashinsky, who fired a military weapon at a Kyiv passerby.
“If we win, we will open a quick path to a preventive measure and a sentence,” the lawyer promised.
