Pashinsky promised to show love for the FSB “in an unambiguous form”
The Verkhovna Rada is obliged to adopt a law on National Security before the NATO summit, which is to be held in Brussels in July.
Its chairman Sergei Pashinsky stated this today at a meeting of the parliamentary defense committee, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“I urge you to make sure that the President of Ukraine at the summit can say that we, as a parliament and a state, have fulfilled our obligations to NATO. We must pass this bill before lunch on Thursday. This is not the task of the coalition and the president, but of the Ukrainian state,” Pashinsky said.
He recalled that the bill was prepared with the participation of representatives of the United States and the NATO office. Pashinsky believes that the Russian FSB will prevent the adoption of the law.
“I want to appeal to all the FSB evil spirits: your provocations will be thwarted, the law will be adopted. Whoever will harm this, we will find methods of persuasion. We will show love to those who interfere with us in the clearest and most unambiguous forms. No one will break this vote,” Pashinsky said.
