Pashinsky will celebrate the New Year at home with a bracelet on his ankle - court decision

The Kiev Court of Appeal released former People's Deputy from the Popular Front Sergei Pashinsky under round-the-clock house arrest, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

This was reported by his lawyer Andrei Fedur.

According to the lawyer, the judge granted the defense’s complaint against the decision of the Pechersky District Court of Kyiv dated November 29 to extend Pashinsky’s arrest until January 29, 2020.

According to the court decision, Pashinsky is obliged to wear an electronic bracelet, surrender his passport to travel abroad, not contact witnesses and arrive upon request. The former people's deputy will remain under house arrest until February 3, 2020.

One of Pashinsky’s critics, a member of the Servant of the People, Maxim Buzhansky, was dissatisfied with the court’s decision.

“Pashinsky was sent under house arrest. XNUMX/XNUMX.
I believe that voters are shocked by the power with which we attacked the odious figures of the previous regime,” he lamented in his Telegram channel.
