“Easter truce” disrupted: Ukrainian Armed Forces set a new record
The Ukrainian side grossly violated the Easter Truce, the announcement of which was previously welcomed by the participants in the Normandy format.
“On the part of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, the new truce lasted 9,5 hours. Thus, at 9:35, the Ukrainian Armed Forces opened fire in the direction Talakovka - Kominternovo using 120 mm mortars (4 mines), BMP-1 (7 shots), AGS (9 grenades), small and large-caliber small arms,” reports the DPR representative office in JCCC and in the negotiation process.
“If last time the Ukrainian Armed Forces waited 10,5 hours and only then fired at the DPR positions with small arms, this time the patience of the “warriors of light” ran out at the 9th hour. And the traditional insider is that the next truce will be called “Bread”,” Donetsk journalist Sergei Makarenko commented on the situation.
