The Patriarch, Shariy and Stone were included in the sanctions “Putin’s List”
Liberals gathered in Vilnius for the Free Russia Forum fear that the new anti-Russian sanctions that the United States will introduce in February 2018 will not cover all “criminal figures of the Putin regime.”

“Most likely, this will just be a list of those who are close to the regime and pose a danger to the United States. It's very painful. Inclusion in such a list excludes people from international business; they incur reputational costs. But this does not mean blocking assets,” said Alexei Navalny’s ally Nikita Kulachenkov.
So that the Americans do not forget anyone, the forum compiled a “Putin List”, which included 88 names. The document, as stated by its authors, will be transferred to Western intelligence services. Liberals hope that the US and European parliaments will then impose personal sanctions against those on the list.
The list opens, of course, with the President of the Russian Federation himself, followed by Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev, key ministers, members of the presidential administration, advisers and Putin’s personal press secretary. The inclusion of liberal economist Alexei Kudrin was separately agreed upon
“We believe that Kudrin is involved in anti-Russian politics and is Putin’s partner in business matters,” explained leading poet Konstantin Rubakhin.
The list contains only a few names of senators and State Duma deputies, although it is specifically stated that everyone who voted “for the annexation of territories” deserves sanctions.
It is noteworthy that the list of accomplices of the “Putin regime” included Ukrainians. In the “oligarchs” section, Dmitry Firtash is mentioned, and blogger Anatoly Shariy ended up in the company of “Kremlin propagandists.”
The liberals did not ignore the clergy either. The list includes Patriarch Kirill and Putin’s confessor, Archimandrite Tikhon Shevkunov. Athlete Alina Kabaeva is mentioned in the section about family members.
“We are broadcasting live, and those who hear their last name flinch,” Rubakhin warned.
The list of Putin’s foreign accomplices looks impressive. It included Gerhard
Schroeder, Silvio Berlusconi, Nino Burjanadze, Pedro Agramunt, Victor Medvedchuk. However, the central figure, of course, was analyst Henry Kissenger, close to the current US President. Another American accomplice was the famous director Oliver Stone.
When the presenter finished announcing the list, a question was asked from the audience why Ksenia Sobchak was not on it, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“Sobchak is not here, but we are open to suggestions,” Rubakhin said.
42 liberals voted for the proposed list, another 7 were against.
