Maxim Ivashchenko, a supporter of Ukraine who lives in Crimea and is involved in road transport, spoke about the bullying he suffered in the Kherson region when he tried to return from the mainland by minibus.

Ivashchenko’s blog post clearly demonstrates the order prevailing in Ukraine after the victorious Euromaidan - total corruption, collapse of medicine, violation of citizens' rights, lack of control over extortionist security forces threatening with weapons - in short, everything that the Ukrainian side usually accused the Russian Federation of.

“Information on my first trip with numbers reversed... In short, there were no problems on the Crimea-Ukraine route on both sides. I passed through Kalanchak. Changed between flags. He did not hide the numbers and documents, he admitted his intentions to twist them, and explained that there was no other way out of breaking the laws of both countries. The Ukrainians refused to put the check-in time on the coupon, unlike the Russians, who do this according to the instructions.

The hellish way back ran through one of the most corrupt places in Ukraine – the Chaplynka checkpoint. 3 “servants of the people” who spoke with me have iPhone 6 Plus, the price of which, as I assume, is approximately $500-600. These “heroes” are under 25 years old, supposedly all officers.

I was traveling in an empty van with a friend. We checked in on June 25.06.2016, 00.00 at 25.06.2016. We left on June 08.00, 0531 around XNUMX:XNUMX am. Upon entry, they refused to put the exact date (indicating HHMM) on the control pass. I stood at the security checkpoint. At least three people in camouflage approached, perhaps there were also customs officers. The place is completely unlit, but I made out the badge on only one of them - l/n XSXNUMX, introduced myself as “the head of the Chaplynka checkpoint Savchuk.”

In the car there were 2 children's water pistols, 2 fishing rods, and a backpack. They asked what was in the backpack - I started listing (clothes, keyboard, disks, flash drives...). They didn’t listen to me - they told me to put my things out of it.

I started posting and when I got to 2 IDENTICAL TIN PLATES WITH GRAPHIC IMAGES (according to the Law “On Occupied Territories” this is not a license plate of the Russian Federation), then the so-called. “Chief of the checkpoint Savchuk” said verbatim: “You have already arrived, and for a long time.”

I asked the question “What am I violating from Ukrainian normative legal acts (regulatory legal acts) by transporting pieces of metal painted with paint in a backpack. Nobody answered me, and Savchuk began to stutter about Resolution 1035 (!!!). I asked him about his legal education, and he said, “well, I have some, so-so.”

Standing next to him all this time were two men in camouflage who called themselves “SBU officers,” one deigned to show his ID, the second in a cap did not give his position or last name. Together with Savchuk, everyone from this group standing next to me began to demand a Russian passport and a Russian Federation registration card from me. I replied, referring to the law “On Occupied Territories”, that I could not have such documents, because. I am a citizen of Ukraine living in Crimea. And, even if there were such documents, they are waiting for me with a friend in Crimea on the Russian side.

This was followed by the accusation that my car was not cleared through customs. The one in the cap arbitrarily takes the “numbers” out of the bag, lays them out in my car and starts taking pictures. At the same time, Savchuk begins to exert psychological pressure, saying the following:

“I am sending YOU to the 2nd line inspection for 1.5 hours.” I require that the time be entered on the control ticket, because... I see that the situation is dragging on, I don’t know how long. Again an illegal refusal. I demand that I be given the opportunity to express my complaints about their illegal actions in writing - refusal. I demand that an in-depth inspection be carried out under protocol and video recording - Savchuk promised that this would happen, and he deceived me once again. There is no protocol, I was forbidden to record video, they did not record it themselves, I only recorded something on a dictaphone...

Then there was a pause of several hours, when my friend and I were simply ignored, not examined, no procedures carried out, cars drove around us and we wasted time and energy under mosquito bites)))

At the same time, I repeatedly began to appeal to the so-called. “Sbushniks” regarding the fact that I want to exercise my right to write to them with a statement about the illegal restriction of my freedom in the form of a ban on movement and failure to provide the right to leave the checkpoint, about the inaction of checkpoint officials, about abuse of power by Savchuk and his official forgery (at At that moment I already knew that he was just the shift supervisor of the DPSU at the Chaplynka checkpoint). They refused to accept and register my applications.

Of course, I called the damn hotline of the DPSU, which at night has no one except an answering machine, called the police on duty Tereshchenko at 3.38. Then I called an ambulance because... felt bad.

The ambulance came straight to the checkpoint, they measured my blood pressure - the first number was 160, I don’t remember the second. I'm 32 anyway. The doctor wrote something about hypertension. He didn’t have any pills, but he offered to inject me with some kind of mixture that supposedly didn’t affect my concentration when driving. But at the same time, he refused to give me any confirmation of this injection on the spot, and I refused. He promised to issue confirmation of his departure to me if I came to Kalanchak or Chaplynka and formally wrote a request. Those. that's for another time, not now. The only thing I asked the doctor was to call the police again as an official, because... There were no policemen yet. And it worked - the task force arrived shortly after the ambulance left.

At the same time, when the ambulance arrived, Savchuk began to fuss. The border guards finally paid attention to us and gave us a stamp. Then the customs officers obliged my friend and I to fill out customs declarations (!!!) - and this was with an empty car. There I indicated our meager set of things, 10000 rubles. The customs officer said to show him these 10 rubles. And then show the wallet, completely open. Without witnesses, without protocol. The only witness is my friend. I forgot to mention the moment with the wallet in the statement to the task force, I think I need to add more. People say this is illegal, what do you think?

They, of course, put all the stamps and really wanted us to forgive them and leave before the policemen arrived. But this time I decided to fight, how many times have I let them down and not brought them to their logical conclusion!

Then one of the camouflage soldiers, supposedly an SBU officer, refused to introduce himself, did not show his ID, and tearfully, like Savchuk with an iPhone 6+, convinced me that the SBU at the checkpoint literally “does not have the physical ability to accept my statements and complaints”….

Well, the police arrived at 5.00, took 2 hours to complete a 4-page statement, and we left. Standing right behind the Ukrainian flag, I was forced to do something that would allow me to return home to Crimea. Savchuk was running after us all this time with a camera, at the same time making excuses to someone very formidable (maybe dad or mom?) on the phone, then he literally set a “fighter” with a machine gun on us, who inappropriately began to “pok” us , rattling weapons and saying “fuck off for the Russian flag and change it there, you won’t stand here.” I was already fed up, and I suggested that he shoot, as you know, he pissed, as well as draw up at least some kind of paper against us for “imaginary violations.” Savchuk filmed my “operation” and wandered off to surf the expanses of the Ukrainian Internet on his 6th iPhone with a salary of 2000 UAH/month.

I regard everything that happened as real torture, psychological pressure, illegal restriction of freedom by an official, forgery (the last two are the Criminal Code),” a pro-Ukrainian Crimean resident described what happened to himself.

“It is impossible, My dear Ukrainians, to live in such a cesspool,” the author concluded.
