Secretary of the Security Council Nikolai Patrushev stated this in Sevastopol at a meeting of the Security Council of the Russian Federation in the KFO.
According to him, Crimea and Sevastopol are at the epicenter of attention of the Russian authorities, which is why such huge amounts of money (almost 700 billion rubles) have been allocated as part of the Federal Target Program for the development of Crimea and Sevastopol.
Also, the dynamics of the formation of Russian statehood in Crimea will depend on the effectiveness of the work of territorial executive authorities.
“The rapid establishment of work will ensure stability, law and order, and the maintenance of interethnic and interreligious peace and harmony on the peninsula,” noted the Secretary of the Security Council.
Among the main tasks, Nikolai Patrushev highlighted ensuring the efficiency of the work of territorial executive authorities, the availability and quality of public services, the selection, training and placement of personnel.
At the same time, the Secretary of the Russian Security Council emphasized that holding on-site meetings helps to identify threats and problems of national security for the Russian Federation, including at the regional level. The meeting held and the composition of its participants will play a coordinating role in further work.
