Pension reform according to IMF patterns was appealed in the Constitutional Court
The Constitutional Court of Ukraine has received a constitutional submission from 49 people's deputies regarding the recognition of certain provisions of the pension reform as unconstitutional, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports with reference to the press service of the Constitutional Court.

The press service also noted that the Constitutional Representation has been submitted to the Secretariat of the Court for study.
Let us remind you that on October 3, the Rada adopted the pension reform at the request of the IMF. President Poroshenko signed the law on pension reform on October 8, and came into force on October 11.
