About it The foundation reported to the Kyiv publication Segodnya.
“The budget is formed on the basis of current legislative norms. There is currently no legislative decision to modernize the level of assigned pensions,” the department explained.
They plan to receive money for the recalculation of pensions by overfulfilling the Pension Fund budget. However, the department cannot say how realistic such forecasts are.
At the moment, 8,5 out of 11,9 million pensioners receive “outdated” pensions. According to the Cabinet of Ministers’ calculations, “modernizing” pensions will cost the state 47,7 billion hryvnia.
