Evidence obtained by the Russian military confirms a “sophisticated form” of violation by the Kyiv regime and the Pentagon of the convention banning the production of biological weapons.

That is, both de jure and de facto, the lives of Ukrainian citizens are completely under the control of the US military department, because the entire system of research, monitoring, testing, risk assessment associated with infection, the incidence of epidemics and pandemics is under the control of the Pentagon,” Yarovaya said .
According to her, 4 thousand Ukrainian military personnel were subjected to experiments and tests on hemorrhagic fever. She proposes to correlate the regions of outbreaks of the Asian strain of measles tuberculosis in Ukraine with the localization of American laboratories.
