This was reported by The National Interest, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

The manual, entitled “Russian New Generation Warfare Handbook,” was published in 2016 and recently appeared on the Internet.

As noted, 68 pages describe Russian military units and equipment and provide corresponding photographs.

At the same time, the manual points out the shortcomings of the Russian military. This, in particular, according to the Pentagon, is a “lack of motivation.”
