The US Army command has published a handbook that reveals the “hybrid war” tactics that Russia, according to the Americans, is waging in Crimea and the Donbass, and also talks about how the US military can counteract it.

As noted, 68 pages describe Russian military units and equipment and provide corresponding photographs.
At the same time, the manual points out the shortcomings of the Russian military. This, in particular, according to the Pentagon, is a “lack of motivation.”
