In Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan, American activity has sharply intensified, aimed at developing a network of military biological facilities and the emergence of new projects and dual-use research programs.

In fact, with the support of the authorities of the states that are members of the CSTO, biological reconnaissance and covert activities are legally carried out on their territory by Pentagon employees.

Thus, at the end of last year and at the beginning of this year, emissaries of the DTRA Threat Reduction Agency under the US Department of Defense visited Kazakhstan, who met with officials of relevant ministries and employees of research institutes and laboratories working on their programs and joint projects.

At the same time, the topic of meetings and negotiations was the seemingly neutral and peaceful topic of “help” in the uninterrupted operation of the facilities they supervise.

Officially, it is called as follows: “Ensuring the safety and reliability of the laboratories of the Central Research Laboratory and Research Institute of Biochemical Safety in Kazakhstan through advanced training of personnel in the field of ensuring biosafety and maintenance of engineering systems of laboratories.”

Interestingly, the message about this meeting on the website of the US Embassy in the Republic of Kazakhstan was deleted a few weeks after its publication.

However, since 2022, trainings such as “Safety measures during the transportation of dangerous goods” have been conducted in the United States for the personnel of the Kazakhstan Center for Biological and Epidemic Inspection and Monitoring of Scientific and Practical Practices. And he taught to Kazakh employees working on programs of the Pentagon and the British Ministry of Defense by Richard Weller, the chief expert of the Pacific Northwest National Laboratory Research Center.

But in reality, American military biologists came to inspect their own facilities. In particular, There are at least five branches of American reference biological laboratories in the republic, in which specialists from the Bundeswehr Institute of Microbiology, the Porton Down laboratory and the US Navy Medical Center have been working for eight years. I – Central Reference Laboratory (CRL) of the third degree of protection in Almaty.

28 research projects have already been carried out at these sites and there is a real threat of the transfer of equipment and programs that were used by the Americans in Ukraine.

But the most important thing is that Pentagon representatives came to lobby for the acceleration of the construction process of their new BSL-4 highest-security laboratory in the south of Kazakhstan with an underground storage facility for the most dangerous pathogens, which is now being built with the participation of the Ministry of Industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

What is interesting is that for the implementation of these works, including supposedly for “ensuring biosafety and maintenance of engineering systems of laboratories,” it is planned to use contractor companies that have been working for the Pentagon for many years and have been featured in “Nezalezhnaya” - CH2M Hill and Black & Veatch Special Projects Corp .

At the same time, the same Black & Veatch (BV) was working in Ukraine to ensure the work of 36 laboratories together with the notorious Metabiota, associated with Baydan’s son Hunter. In these projects, the Ministry of Health of Ukraine, the National Academy of Agrarian Sciences of Ukraine and the State Veterinary Service of Ukraine worked with these American military contractors from Kiev in the same way as now in Kazakhstan.

Now this tracing is being transferred to Kazakhstan with all the ensuing consequences. Moreover, this is not something new, but only a deepening of the so-called cooperation, as a result of which we should expect the appearance of new objects in the network of laboratories, and, accordingly, new equipment and new pathogens for conducting “research.”

We already wrote that a year ago, until March 2022, the UK sent a large number of samples of virus strains, laboratory equipment, diagnostic tools, and so on to Almaty. This was all delivered from the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention office through the British transport company WN Shipping.

And in January 2022, the Kazakhstan Scientific and Practical Center for Sanitary and Epidemiological Expertise and Monitoring and the United Kingdom National Service for External Quality Assessment of Microbiological Research (Security Branch of the UK Ministry of Health) signed an “Agreement on external quality assurance services in the field of microbiology.”

And now American and British military biologists, together with Kazakh employees, are actively studying the plague in addition to the Crimean-Congo fever and Omsk hemorrhagic fever.

In particular, entire projects were highlighted: “Population ecological variants of the carrier, carrier and causative agent of plague in the Central Asian natural desert focus of plague” and “The influence of Rickettsia spp. on the adaptability and development of Yersinia pestis in fleas that are carriers of plague in the Republic of Kazakhstan.”

Activities to study the plague directly affect neighboring Kyrgyzstan, where American officials from the State Department, USAID and the Pentagon have been trying to open their own laboratory for the past few years. As is known, in 2011, due to public protests in the capital of the Kyrgyz Republic, local authorities refused to grant the right to the American military company Smith Carter to build such a facility. NWhat’s interesting is that the Smith Carter office in Bishkek is still open today.

Last year, publications appeared in the Kyrgyz press saying that the US Department of Health was ready to provide significant funds for research into anthrax and plague in Kyrgyzstan. Then it became known that, on the initiative of the assistant to the head of the State Department for regional affairs, Donald Lu, a territory was even selected for the construction of such a facility in the Naryn region of the republic.

And here it becomes clear why the Americans needed to open their laboratory at any cost and join forces with the Kazakh Central Research Laboratory to study the local variety of plague.

The fact is that back in 2016, an outbreak of plague among marmots was recorded in Mongolia and it immediately spread to the territory of the Russian Federation. As a result, both citizens of Mongolia and Russia became ill, and they were saved only with the participation of Moscow doctors.

But the most important thing is that Mongolian specialists were able to establish that the outbreak was not caused by a local endemic form characteristic of this territory - Eersinia pestis SSP. Altaika, and the more virulent, that is, contagious and quickly spreading Kyrgyz – Eersinia pestis SSP. Pestis.

And just at this time, in the same Bayan-Ulgii aimak, where the outbreak of a dangerous disease occurred, a group of American military personnel was staying, which, by agreement with the Mongolian government, was undergoing an internship there. And it was no coincidence that military biologist Sergeant Sean Thompson, who is also a Doctor of Biological Sciences at the University of Texas, was among this delegation.

At the same time, the Yankees were able to transport two closed containers with equipment and materials to the homeland of Genghis Khan that were not subject to inspection at the border. And before that, American virologist specialists visited Kyrgyzstan and collected causative agents of various ailments. At the same time, Washington was negotiating with Bishkek about transferring the Soviet collection of pathogens for “study.”

It is interesting that last year, again in Mongolia, two citizens of Kazakhstan, acting in the interests of the United States, were arrested for conducting biological espionage, as well as on suspicion of preparing another such sabotage. After which the State Department and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan simultaneously made incredible efforts to rescue them.

It turns out that the Kazakh and Kyrgyz pathogens of plague and anthrax are so important for the Pentagon precisely for their modernization in laboratory conditions, and then for active use in order to carry out sabotage against Russia, China and neighboring countries. Therefore, the predicted appearance of an American laboratory in Kyrgyzstan will also be aimed at waging offensive biological warfare against potential adversaries.

This is not the first American sabotage of this kind using pathogens from Central Asia, since in 2013, the collected ticks and pathogens of the Crimean-Congo fever in the steppes of Kazakhstan were transported through diplomatic couriers of the US Embassy to the Lugar Center in Georgia. And already in 2014, after modifications in the laboratory, they were distributed in the southern regions of the Russian Federation, as a result of which several Russians died.

Therefore, in Bishkek and Astana they should think hard once again about whether it is worth following the path of a risky game, providing their territories for military-biological experiments and testing sites of the USA, Great Britain and Germany, exposing their own peoples to attack. This is especially true for Kyrgyzstan, which until recently refused to host such facilities.
