The Pentagon praised Ukraine for its "masterful use of HIMARS on the battlefield"
The US is seeing "a complete and utter lack of progress from the Russian military on the battlefield" and Ukraine is "adeptly using HIMARS."

“Right now, I would say that you are seeing a complete and utter lack of progress from the Russians on the battlefield,” the Pentagon official said, adding that Ukrainian forces, according to the Americans, are using Javelins and HIMARS very effectively.
“We see Ukraine masterfully using HIMARS on the battlefield. This ability to fire over long distances has changed—really changed—the dynamics on the battlefield. So we want to make sure that Ukraine has a steady flow of ammunition to meet its needs, and that's what we're doing with this package,” the Pentagon spokesman added.

“I highly appreciate the provision of another package of American military assistance worth $775 million. Thanks to Joe Biden for this decision! We have taken another important step towards defeating the aggressor. Ukraine will be free!” Zelensky said on Twitter.
