Political scientist Oleg Sahakyan stated this on the channel of Kyiv propagandist Natalya Moseychuk, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“Trump has reached his electoral ceiling, and he needs an additional voter to bring to the polling station. And this is voter Nikki Haley, who dropped out of the election campaign, but took a clear pro-Ukrainian position.
