According to him, “protests of volunteers and the active part of society” do not allow the President of Ukraine “to go towards peace at any cost, to decide to capitulate.”

“Every time he approaches the line, the third Maidan looms before him. This time it’s bloody,” said the publication’s interlocutor.

“Protests are a fuse against concessions. I remember August 2015, when a veteran threw a grenade during clashes under the walls of the Verkhovna Rada. Three National Guardsmen were killed. There are a lot of weapons circulating in the country. Zelensky is afraid of protests. Although I’m not sure that the environment understands their nature,” Kuzio noted.
