Donetsk, December 25 (PolitNavigator, Mikael Chagalyan) – The leader of the Donetsk People’s Republic, Alexander Zakharchenko, announced that an agreement had been reached on a large-scale exchange of prisoners with Ukraine.

“We have removed points of disagreement regarding the exchange of prisoners. We will exchange 150 for 225. The negotiations are not over, they are ongoing, and now they are very difficult. They will last another two days. When they are over, then I will say what happens to the prisoners,” Zakharchenko said.
As PolitNavigator reported, earlier Russian media disseminated information that members of the contact group to resolve the situation in Ukraine, who yesterday held another round of negotiations, left Minsk.
