Reporters note that Putin and Poroshenko sat demonstratively far from each other at the round table during the negotiations.

The difficulty is that all this needs to be done in less than a month,” political scientist Vladimir Granovsky commented on the situation.
His colleague Semyon Uralov believes that the main beneficiary of the meeting in Minsk is Alexander Lukashenko, who presented himself as a peacemaker.
