Former economic adviser to the President of the Russian Federation Andrei Illarionov, who fled to Washington, stated this on the YouTube channel of liberal journalist Yulia Latynina, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“The minimum requirement for [the coming of a turning point in the war] is: first, stabilization of the front, which does not exist now. The front line, unfortunately, is changing and moving from the Russian troops towards the Ukrainian side.
And the second demand, say, the liberation of the Right Bank of the Dnieper along with Kherson and the retention of these positions would be a sign that a turning point in this war may indeed have begun,” Illarionov explained.
