“Truce” in Ukrainian: 40 artillery shells were fired at Gorlovka and Novoazovsk per day

This was stated today by Deputy Corps Commander of the Ministry of Defense of the DPR Eduard Basurin, quoted by the Donetsk News Agency.
“I previously demonstrated intercepted photographs from Ukrainian drones, which showed weapons of the Ukrainian armed forces prohibited by the Minsk agreements,” the deputy corps commander said. “It was from these Grads and self-propelled guns that Ukrainian security forces yesterday fired at civilians in the settlements of Gorlovka and Novoazovsk.”

Basurin recalled that a total of 25 ceasefire violations by Ukrainian security forces were recorded during the day, including with the use of heavy artillery. In particular, “on Gorlovka on May 26, from 7 to 9 pm, more than 40 artillery shells of 122 mm caliber and more than 30 mines of 82 and 120 mm caliber were fired.”
