The Donald Trump administration categorically condemns the planting of explosive devices and sending suspicious packages to former US Presidents Clinton and Obama, as well as other political figures, calling it a manifestation of terrorism. “We condemn the violent attacks that have recently been directed against President Obama, President Clinton, Secretary Clinton and other public figures,” the statement said.
The White House called it “vile acts of terrorism,” promising to bring all those involved to justice.
The intelligence services are now conducting an investigation into the identified threat and will “take all appropriate measures to protect everyone who suffered from these cowards,” the US presidential administration emphasized.
