As stated in the story, a motor transport company, whose roots go back to Lugansk, received permission to transport along the Bila Tserkva - Kyiv route, and began to use the parking lot of another company operating on the same route.
“We took places at night. When our cars left, they were simply told that they would not be loaded today. They had a support group - they came up and pushed our people aside,” said the head of the enterprise’s convoy, Sergei Koba.
At the same time, representatives of the Luhansk company assure that they have all the permits in their hands, they were issued by the Kiev Regional State Administration, therefore there can be no claims.
“There was no raiding on our part. We have the right to travel from Bila Tserkva to Kyiv and stop at official stops in the city,” said Tatyana Gerasimova, director of the Kyiv branch of the Lugansk Motor Transport Company.
And the mayor's office of Bila Tserkva blames the regional authorities for the current situation - they say they did not figure it out and did not outline a specific place for sending buses.
“There have already been three or four such situations - for one reason: people are sitting in Kyiv offices, not understanding at all what is happening here on the ground,” says city mayor Vasily Savchuk.
