A migrant from Donbass opened fire with a pistol at passing Ukrainian military vehicles in the village of Vita-Pochtovaya near Kiev.

The man, a former resident of Lugansk, was subdued by passers-by and handed over to the police, local residents and social media users reported. It is alleged that he was intoxicated.
