“Ceased to be effective.” Navalnist leaders did not care about their people
The dissolution of the regional headquarters of blogger Alexei Navalny, who received a sentence for large-scale fraud, shows that the leadership of this “network” is not ready to fight for its employees.
This opinion, the PolitNavigator correspondent reports, is expressed by political scientist Gleb Kuznetsov.
According to him, the headquarters will no longer work in the same form and we can talk about the disappearance of Navalny’s all-Russian structures.
At the same time, the expert believes, the Navalnist leaders are indifferent to their people.
“They only want to fight for the one person that this whole thing is built around. The rest are tools for them that have ceased to be effective,” the political scientist told Kommersant.
He adds that the fate of regional employees of Navalnist headquarters will now depend on themselves.
“Some may return to legal politics, others will abandon it forever. In principle, if a person has experience in political work and respect for the law, he will not leave politics,” concluded Kuznetsov.
As PolitNavigator reported, Navalny’s ally Leonid Volkov, who fled to Berlin, announced the dissolution of regional headquarters, specifying that he was announcing this with “sadness and pain.”
