Reshuffles in the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry: Klimkin replaced Maryana with Katya
Ekaterina Zelenko became the new speaker of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine instead of Maryana Betsa, who was appointed Ambassador of Ukraine to Estonia, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
Ukrainian Foreign Minister Pavel Klimkin announced this on Twitter.
“It is very difficult to tear such a press secretary as Maryan Betsa from the heart... I am glad to introduce you to Ekaterina Zelenko, who is taking on this responsible and honorable mission,” Klimkin wrote.
He noted that Betsa is not leaving the diplomatic team, but is moving on, and thanked her for three years of “friendly and inspiring interaction.”
Earlier, on September 13, President Petro Poroshenko appointed the press secretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Maryana Betsu, as the Ambassador of Ukraine to Estonia.
Thank you!
