Nationalist deputy Igor Mosiychuk, who appeared in the Verkhovna Rada after the assassination attempt, called for preparations for a long war with Russia. He stated this from the rostrum of parliament, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

“Turning on the news, a Ukrainian becomes scared - this one was killed, that one was blown up, a grenade was thrown at the police, there was a shootout. We need to put an end to this... We must learn to live the way the state of Israel has lived since its creation, because this war will last for a long time, and terrorism, unfortunately, has knocked on our windows for a long time too...
“I would ask the Ukrainian parliament to honor with a minute of silence the memory of my deceased assistant Amina Okueva, my security guard, special forces soldier Kushnir, the accidentally killed Lieutenant Colonel Mikhail Mormel and every victim of Russian criminal terror in Ukraine,” Mosiychuk said.
