The first materials about Poroshenko’s crimes were officially submitted to the State Bureau of Investigation of Ukraine
Today, May 20, 2019, the team of Ukrainian lawyer Andrei Portnov sent the first statement about a crime committed by former President Petro Poroshenko to the State Bureau of Investigation, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
Andrey Portnov himself announced this in his Telegram channel.
“Friends, today Poroshenko officially lost his immunity from criminal prosecution and an hour ago we sent the first statement of crime to the State Bureau of Investigation. We consider him involved in high treason, an attempt to seize state power and abuse of power and official authority.
By this action we acquire a number of procedural rights, which we use depending on the official reaction of this body within a few days,” he wrote.
Let us remind you that on May 19, Portnov returned to Ukraine after a five-year absence and first of all announced that Poroshenko, as a result of the actions of his legal team, would be in prison.
Thank you!
