The Russian military launched Iskander ground-based cruise missiles from Belarusian territory into Ukraine...

“The Ukrainians deployed heavy artillery before the start of the conflict – a week or 10 days before. Our scouts discovered them. They were in traveling condition. A day later they raised the missiles and put them into combat mode.

We received information from the Ukrainians that an attack on Belarusian territory was being prepared. Thanks to these guys. And literally 6 hours before the missile launch, the Russians from the Mozyr region attacked these positions. And after that we didn’t see them again,” Lukashenko said.
