“This morning, at the Konotop checkpoint, during the registration of passengers on the Moscow-Kiev train, Russian citizen Lolita Milyavskaya was discovered, in relation to whom the border guards had preliminary information about her violating the legislation of Ukraine and visiting the occupied Crimea... Based on the legislation of Ukraine and the available additional information, Russian citizen Lolita Milyavskaya was refused to cross the border from Ukraine and was banned from entering for three years,” said Oleg Slobodyan, press secretary of the Ukrainian Border Service.
Milyavskaya actually visited Crimea, where in the summer of 2015, at a concert in Kerch, she performed a song by the group “Okean Elzy” in Ukrainian.
