The St. Petersburg court dismissed the lawsuit against rock Russophobe Shevchuk
The Dzerzhinsky court of St. Petersburg returned the administrative case of discrediting the RF Armed Forces against rock musician Yuri Shevchuk to its compilers in Ufa.
The wording of the refusal is “due to lack of specifics,” a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“The protocol on an administrative offense actually contains no description of the objective side of the administrative offense - the document does not contain information about what specific actions or words he committed public actions aimed at discrediting the use of the RF Armed Forces... If the shortcomings are not eliminated or the police do not transfer the case back “The case will be dismissed,” explained lawyer Alexander Peredruk.
A report was drawn up against Shevchuk after his concert in Ufa, at which he stated that he did not understand why “people are dying in Ukraine for the sake of the Napoleonic plans of our next Caesar.” The singer himself refused to testify.
Later, in an interview with an Israeli television channel, he repeated his invective and announced that he would no longer tour Russia. However, members of the DDT group denied this claim.
Previously, Shevchuk refused to perform in Tyumen because the emblem of the Northern Military District in Ukraine, the letter Z, was placed on the building of the Philharmonic Society there.
Many Russian musicians condemned Shevchuk's behavior.
