Singer Buinov congratulated the DPR on its sixth anniversary and reminded the Poles of the liberation of Warsaw
The Polish authorities, who decided to rewrite the history of World War II, should not forget the Soviet liberators, thousands of whom remained on Polish soil.
The famous Russian performer Alexander Buinov stated this during a press conference organized by the public movement “Donetsk Republic,” a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“The holiday of the Great Victory of the Soviet people over Nazi Germany has just passed. And, of course, for me and all of us, and every normal person, this is a holy holiday. This is the only holiday that unites all the peoples of the former USSR, regardless of religion and geographical location. There are the same normal people in America, Poland, and the former Czechoslovakia,” Buinov said.
He also noted that he “wants to remind our “friends” – in quotes – the Poles of something.”
“There are medals “For the capture of Berlin” and “for the capture of Koenigsberg,” but the medal “For the liberation of Warsaw.” Taking and releasing - do you feel the difference? Warsaw was liberated, gentlemen Poles. We need to remember this. And many thousands of our soldiers rest on your land - do not insult our memory,” the performer urged.
Buynov congratulated the Donetsk People's Republic on its birthday and played the melody of the famous front-line song “One evening, evening, evening...” on the drums.
The choice of a song about pilots was not accidental: Alexander’s father, Nikolai Aleksandrovich Buinov, served as a pilot on a night bomber during the Great Patriotic War.
After the quarantine was lifted, the singer, who was listed on the website of the odious Ukrainian “Peacemaker,” promised to come with a concert to Donetsk.
