Singer Ruslana with an SS chevron performed the Ukrainian anthem
An active participant in the 2014 Maidan, Ukrainian singer Ruslana Lyzhychko performed in Kyiv in front of territorial defense militants.
The video was published by the Army-Inform internet channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
The singer and the audience sang the Ukrainian anthem, after which Ruslana shouted Bandera’s slogan “Glory to Ukraine.”
“At 00:00 I begin to read a prayer, I did this every hour on the Maidan, then one, two, three at night, we sang the anthem and always prayed. Canonical prayers and original ones were read. We called it “Prayer of Light.” You know, this stuck in my soul - “warriors of light”, keep this in mind: “warriors of light”, you know what we protect. Ukraine means “light”, that’s all, it brings this light to the whole world,” said the artist.
She also read a poem, supposedly written by a child on the 26th day of the war, which talks about how a Russian rocket flew past and got stuck in the wall without exploding because the guardian angel extended his wings.
It is noteworthy that by the time the Theroboronites applauded the singer and gave flowers, she had the symbols of Hitler’s SS division “Galicia” on her chest and sleeve.
