Kiev PR man Andrei Demartino, who advised the late prime minister of the autonomy Vasily Dzharty during the time of Viktor Yanukovych, announced the presence of weapons caches in Crimea among supporters of Ukraine.
Demartino wrote about this on his blog, questioning the FSB’s data about the saboteurs’ attempt to break through the border into Crimea.

“If this is a breakthrough of the Crimean Tatar group of Islyamov, then it is not clear - why? This is not the border of the Soviet Union. All the “saboteurs” are already at the place of deployment, and for a long time. The weapons are also in place and also for a long time,” Demartino wrote.
