Plahotniuc will extradite Poroshenko in a day
Ukrainian President Petro Pozhenya will try to leave the country after losing the election.
This was stated in his video blog by Verkhovna Rada deputy Sergei Leshchenko, who recently asked to be excluded from the BPP faction, on whose lists he was elected to parliament.
“Poroshenko can flee to Spain, where he has real estate, or to Moldova, where he has a business partner, Plahotniuc,” Leshchenko said.
According to him, there is a “huge demand in society to punish Poroshenko” after the elections.
“He was not just involved in some unscrupulous things, but in simple, stupid corruption, and covered up the corruption of his friends while being the president of Ukraine. I know this as a person who personally communicated with Poroshenko,” the deputy added.
It is noteworthy that earlier the leader of “Fatherland” Yulia Tymoshenko promised to close all airports after her victory in the elections so that Poroshenko would not be able to leave the country.
In turn, ex-candidate for mayor of Odessa Vyacheslav Azarov believes that Poroshenko will not be able to find refuge in Moldova.
“Leshchenko says that the guarantor will run to Moldova. But from there there is no other route for goods to the Russian Federation other than through Ukraine. Therefore, Plahotniuc will hand him over in an hour. No, he’ll still be bargaining for his head for a day,” Azarov believes.
Let us note that current sociology shows that Poroshenko, if he reaches the second round, loses to all his potential rivals. At the same time, experts suggest that he will rely on massive fraud in order to remain for a second term.
