Poroshenko’s “Plan B”: Dissolve the Rada and govern the country by decrees
Poroshenko is biding his time to dissolve the Rada and rule the country with decrees from his administration. Maxim Goldarb, former deputy prosecutor of Donetsk, ex-official of the Prosecutor General’s Office and the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, stated this on air on the NewsOne TV channel.
According to him, during this period a number of documents may appear that will lead to peace in Donbass.

“The shaky structure called the “pro-government majority” will crumble. I think this is calculated by the president and his advisers, as well as those who help him run the country. I think that the president has a move in reserve in the event that the coalition falls apart and it becomes necessary to call early parliamentary elections. The President, it seems to me, has long been on the relatively peaceful side, although it is unlikely that now his name is associated with peace in the country. He is a smart and cunning man who understands that everything will not end just like that. He also wants peace and understands that delaying the war will lead to the complete collapse of what he has set up here. Some political forces, hawks, are preventing him from establishing peace, from following the path that Europe and Russia have drawn for him, to which the United States has already agreed.
Therefore, the president no longer needs the parliament that exists. They are waiting for a reason to completely forget about the word “parliament” for a certain period of time and govern the country with the help of decrees written in the administration. Including decrees that may lead to the establishment of peace in Ukraine,” Goldarb said.
