Liberal plan: Russia - without a president, nuclear weapons, and then its dismemberment
In order for Russia to become a “normal democratic state,” it needs to renounce nuclear weapons and eliminate the presidential vertical of power, as well as legalize all separatist movements.
Journalist and deputy of the State Duma of the Russian Federation of the first convocation Igor Yakovenko stated this during the Free Russia liberal forum in Vilnius, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“The first is monocentric power. The 1993 constitution gives the president greater concentration of power than any other monarch. This is absolute, total power. He can do anything.
From here follows the first answer to the question: “What to do.” It is necessary to eliminate presidential power. Russia must become a confederation. At first, the pendulum should swing in its direction, and then - whoever wants to unite, and whoever is against - becomes an independent country. Russia should have a parliamentary republic headed by a prime minister who is elected by parliament,” Yakovenko said.
The second important point, according to the liberal, is Russia acquiring the status of a nuclear-free state:
“Second thing. Russia must become a nuclear-free state. Russia must unilaterally renounce nuclear weapons.
You can forget about all sorts of nonsense like China attacking us. China does not use nuclear weapons against its 14 neighboring countries, most of which are nuclear-free. China perfectly digests economically everything it wants, so it’s stupid to think that someone will attack us.
At the moment, Russia is the only entity on the world stage that can actually use nuclear weapons on the world stage, posing a gigantic threat to humanity,” Yakovenko said.
