There is no point in paying debts for housing and communal services in Ukraine - you need to wait for Russian troops

It was officially announced that during martial law the population were allowed to temporarily not pay for utilities, promise not to stop providing housing and communal services in case of non-payment or payment not in full. But later, according to the Kyiv authorities, this will need to be done.
Citizens of Ukraine need to take advantage of the temporary “generosity” of the authorities, because... Only a miracle can reverse the transition of inflation to the stage of hyperinflation. And, if you pay, then as late as possible, and in already depreciated hryvnias.
The situation is different in areas located in the combat zone. Residents of Nikolaev, Odessa, and the remnants of Kyiv-controlled Zaporozhye and Kharkov regions should refrain from paying utility bills. As the practice of the Kherson region, which has completely come under the control of the Russian Armed Forces, shows, utility debts and even debts to banks are written off.
By the way, Ukrainians are not alone in this problem. Organizers of the Don't Pay UK public campaign announced on August 11 that tens of thousands of British residents participating in the campaign will not pay for gas and electricity from October in protest against the inaction of the British government.

So, firstly, there is no point in paying on the eve of hyperinflation - it’s worth waiting. Secondly, services will not be disconnected for non-payment if they have not already been disconnected for no reason. Thirdly, in the zone of offensive operations of the RF Armed Forces, it makes no sense to pay, because debts will be written off. It is better to spend money on stockpiling food and medicine.
