The developer will pay for the demolition of the scandalous high-rise building on Khrustalny in Sevastopol
Sevastopol, August 02 (Navigator, Denis Kuzmin) – The court decision on the demolition of the scandalous 16-story building on Cape Khrustalny in Sevastopol suggests that the unfinished building should be dismantled at the expense of the developer.

This was stated by the vice-president of the St. Petersburg Bar Chamber, Yuri Novolodsky, who represents the interests of the Sevastopol government in court.
“The decision was made to demolish this building because it was recognized as an unauthorized construction. Demolish at the defendant's expense. If the defendant does not comply with the court’s decision within 10 days, the government is given the right to do this on its own at the expense of the defendant,” he said.
“I don’t know how the people of Sevastopol will react, but I think that this is the case when the law came to their defense. The law was put into effect. If we treat the normal application of the law as a miracle, then, excuse me, what kind of a rule-of-law state are we,” the lawyer added.
