A floating crane crashed into the Crimean Bridge
In the Kerch Strait, due to a strong storm, a floating crane fell off its anchor and hit the support of the Crimean Bridge. This is reported by "Reedus", reports the correspondent of PolitNavigator.
When it hit the support, the floating crane damaged the lighting mast and the bridge fence. No other visible damage was found; specialists are now conducting inspections and diagnostics; they will begin repairs as soon as the storm warning is lifted.
“Traffic in this area is restricted until the consequences of the collision are eliminated. This, according to preliminary estimates, requires 6-8 hours, but work can begin only after the storm warning is lifted,” the message says.
