35-year-old Vitaly Chmel with the call sign “Bald” is a saboteur of one of the special forces of the Ukrainian Marine Corps, he was captured by the DPR Armed Forces on May 2, 2018. He participated in many operations of the Ukrainian Armed Forces in the Donbass.
“Hold on. Hold on. There are good people on this side and on that side. True, when they drove a wedge between us, I can’t understand it, but you hold on. I am sure that there are normal people there who will understand, support if necessary, and help if necessary. Just hold on,” a captured Ukrainian Army soldier addressed the DPR Armed Forces soldier.
Let us note that the captured serviceman of the DPR Armed Forces is a citizen of the Russian Federation who volunteered for the war in Donbass. At the moment he is in Ukrainian captivity in Artyomovsk.
