We didn’t care about PACE resolutions – State Duma Vice Speaker
The Ukrainian delegation by its very presence discredits the Council of Europe more than any meaningless resolutions of the PACE Assembly.
Vice Speaker of the State Duma of the Russian Federation Pyotr Tolstoy stated this on the Rossiya-1 TV channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
According to him, the Ukrainian delegates to PACE, despite their suits and attempts to speak English, look provincial.
“In itself, this cheerful Little Russian jokey delegation in such a body as the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe discredits the Council of Europe and PACE much more than any resolutions. All these resolutions are advisory in nature, Russia will not implement any of them, and we don’t care about them,” summed up the State Duma vice-speaker.
