The President of Ukraine also said that next week he will submit to the Verkhovna Rada for consideration a draft amendment to the constitution, which was previously agreed upon and sent to the President by the Ukrainian Constitutional Commission.
“No, that didn’t happen! No proposals for the Ukrainian constitution were agreed upon with Donbass,” emphasized Igor Plotnitsky.
“As usual, Pyotr Alekseevich, to put it mildly, is lying,” added the head of the LPR.
